Every product is specially crafted with you in mind. As such, we thank you for allowing us time to add a little extra love to your order. Orders ship within 4-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping rates and delivery times are determined by the designated mail carrier. Once your order has shipped, all delivery issues can be handled with that particular carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

 

**COVID-19 UPDATE**

Since the onset of the COVID pandemic, all shipping carriers have seen a drastic delay in their shipping times. With this in mind, we are not able to guarantee your shipping time. Once an order is shipped, tracking information is sent to the email address entered at the time of checkout. Please refer to that tracking information to monitor the status of your package. Once an order is in the possession of the carrier (USPS or UPS), we are no longer responsible for its delivery or handling.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your items are damaged upon arrival, please exercise extreme caution when handling the contents. To prevent injury, please avoid handling broken glass. Use reasonable judgement when handling a package that includes damaged items. Take pictures of all damaged products (including the shipping box) and alert us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
